The simplest fuel app in Australia.
FuelNow is the simplest fuel app in Australia – one screen, no ads, no account. It opens straight to a map with a price on every fuel station in view, the cheapest standing out, using official government price data from every state and territory – all of Australia, one app.
How it works
- Open it. No sign-up, no setup. The map is the whole app.
- See the cheapest. Every servo in view carries its price – the cheapest is the biggest number on the screen.
- Drive. Tap a station for hours and details, then directions in Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze.
Official prices from every state and territory
FuelNow reads every Australian state and territory's official fuel price scheme – and says how fresh each one is.
| State | Scheme | Freshness in FuelNow |
|---|---|---|
| NSW & ACT | NSW FuelCheck | Real time – each price shows when it was verified |
| Queensland | FuelPricesQLD | Real time |
| South Australia | SA Fuel Pricing Information Scheme | Real time |
| Tasmania | FuelCheck TAS | Real time |
| Western Australia | FuelWatch | Locked daily – guaranteed until 6am, tomorrow's price shown from 2:30pm |
| Victoria | Servo Saver | Published a day behind by the government's public feed – FuelNow says so on every card |
| Northern Territory | MyFuel NT | Locked daily – can drop during the day but can’t go up; tomorrow's price shown from 2:30pm (Opal shown as unleaded) |
Old prices are labelled as old, everywhere in the app. The details for each scheme are on the data sources page.
In WA and the NT, see tomorrow's price today
Western Australia and the Northern Territory lock fuel prices for 24 hours and publish tomorrow's at 2:30pm local time. FuelNow shows tomorrow's price alongside today's, so Perth and Darwin drivers can decide tonight – fill up now, or wait for the morning. PetrolSpy and MotorMouth don't show these prices at all, and no major fuel app shows the NT's.
Alerts before prices jump
Price alerts are optional. In WA and the NT, tomorrow's prices are published at 2:30pm – so "Perth prices rise tomorrow, fill up tonight" is a fact from FuelWatch, not a prediction. In the capitals that run price cycles, FuelNow watches the official schemes through the day and alerts you when stations start jumping to a higher price. Alerts are per city and fuel type, and they never use your location.
Properly free
No ads. No account. No subscription. No paid tier. No tracking. Most fuel apps are free until the pop-up ad or the "Pro" upsell. How it compares →
Feels like it came with your iPhone
FuelNow is built native for iPhone – it opens instantly. Dark mode that won't blind you at night. Full VoiceOver and Reduce Motion support. Large type you can read from the passenger seat. Nothing to learn.
Every fuel type
E10, Unleaded 91, 95, 98, Diesel, Premium Diesel, E85 and LPG. Pick yours once – the whole map re-prices around it.
